my recent stay at the hyatt house really exceeded my expectations compared to my last visit to columbus. the location was perfect, with a comfy bed and awesome breakfast that stood out. it was also great to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere despite the weekend crowds, and the friendly staff made everything even better.

supplies like paper towels weren’t replenished.

The room was huge, the staff was accommodating. With a microwave oven, coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator.

The hotel was modern and clean, its location was marvellous in the middle of jackson, helpful service. Location: the venue was just next door to the football stadium as well as the medical center which is a close distance from the Hyatt House...

The room with a kitchenette and dishwasher made me feel at home while travelling on a budget. the bed was comfy, and I loved having a flat-screen TV in the room.

The pool's water temperature was cold, which was a bit of a bummer.

Our room was spacious and modern, and the staff were excellent. the location is perfect for visiting the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, just a 10-15 minute walk away. the service was consistently helpful, and the pool was clean and inviting.

Spacious room with kitchen area, large lobby with bar, fantastic value for families, comfortable beds, outstanding breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff made it an enjoyable stay.

The modern and comfy rooms were mind-blowing and the lobby was super pleasant. Staff were jaw-droppingly friendly, making our walking-distance stay to OSU campus a top-notch experience. the breakfast option was great, and the clean room exceeded our expectations, ensuring a truly amazing stay.

The setting is quiet and unbeatable, adjacent to the medical center. the staff are excellent, managed the parking on site.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. the cleanliness was top-notch, with a very clean room and plentiful toiletries. the hotel facilities were impressive, including a lovely saltwater pool and a well-equipped fitness center. the location was convenient, with a cute walking path along the river right outside the door. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
